Ordering and Policies

How to Order

We want ordering to be as easy as possible for you.  So we are giving three ways to order.

1. Use your credit card or PayPal account.

2. Print your order and mail or fax in your order with a charge card number, cashier check or money order. Our fax number is 260-478-1301.

3. You can also call us at 260-478-1301 with an order and use your credit card number.

Order Confirmation

If you order on line we will send you an email confirming that we received your order.  If you order by mail or fax please give us a contact number or email so we can let you know that we received your order.

Special Orders

If you are unable to find an item that we don’t show on our website please give us a call or email us.  We will do are best to find and order it for you. Please remember since this is something we don’t normally carry it will not be able to be returned.

Returns

The following items can not be returned: books, chart, leaflets, chart packs, kits that have been opened, fabric that has been specially cut or special orders. All returns must be done within 10 days of receiving the merchandise and must first be authorized by calling us first and have a copy of the receipt with it when returned.

Shipping

When you place your order will do our best to get it in the mail to you in one to two business days as long as we have it in stock.  If we do not have it in stock it might be as long as two weeks, but we will always contact you to let you know when you order is being shipped. If it is going to be longer than two weeks we will contact you to find out what you want us to do, either mail what we have or to hold on to the order until the other item/items come in.

We will send out your order through the US Mail and use priority shipping.  If the cost is less than the price we originally quoted you than we will adjust your bill.  But if the cost is more we will contact to find out what you want to do about the difference.

Privacy

All the information that you provide us stay completely with us.  We will not sell your name, address or anything else to anyone on the Internet or third party companies.
