How to Order

Order online anytime — add items to your cart and check out securely with a credit card or PayPal. Prefer to talk to a person? Call us at 260-478-1301 during shop hours and we’ll take your order over the phone. Either way, you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as we have your order.

Shipping

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If an item isn’t in stock, it may take up to two weeks — we’ll always contact you to let you know when your order is shipping, and if it’s going to run longer, we’ll ask whether you’d like us to ship what we have or hold the full order together.

Special Orders

Can’t find what you’re looking for? With over 100 designers and decades of supplier relationships, we can often track down and order items we don’t normally carry — just call or email us. Please note special orders cannot be returned.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order — please call us first for authorization and include a copy of your receipt. The following can’t be returned: books, charts, leaflets, chart packs, opened kits, specially cut fabric, and special orders.

Your information stays with us. We never sell or share your name, address, or any other details with anyone.
